Today I ordered a butter paneer masala from zomato but what I got was paneer in orange coloured water with essence of fennel . It was like some fraud is going on . I called directly to kc 360 . They said on zomato they r not serving directly from the restaurant but some one has taken franchise in the cloud kitchen but they were not taking responsibility of food quality. This is very pathetic. It was not the first tym . These ppl have no respect for the customers
