Here's is what happened as we stepped in the restaurant - A lizard was waiting for us on the steps. A mouse welcomed us as soon as we sat at table. You guys really need to take cleanliness and pest control seriously! With high hopes of enjoying Karim's delicacies we had no other choice other than leaving the restaurant. Karim's Indore continues to impress with its very good and tasty food, a testament to the skill in the kitchen. Each dish we ordered was flavorful and satisfying, maintaining the high culinary standards we've come to expect. It's a shame that such delicious offerings are being let down by a significant hygiene problem. Unfortunately, our recent visits, including this one, have been marred by the presence of numerous cockroaches throughout the restaurant, even on our dining table. This has been a recurring issue for the past three times we've dined here, creating a deeply unpleasant atmosphere. While we appreciate the quality of the food, the lack of proper hygiene is a serious concern. We hope to see a significant improvement on our next visit; otherwise, we will have to make it our last.
