All the visitors adore wonderful Chinese cuisine at this restaurant. The chef at Kakatiya cooks tasty fried chicken, chicken biryani and paneer. The staff is said to be cute here. Fast service is something that people highlight in their comments. The ambiance of this place is cozy.

Service bad, taste bad. Don't waste money and time

Ordered a home delivery for dinner one night. Although the food tasted good, the naan was very rubbery and the kadai chicken was filled with bones. The restaurant should try to improve the quality as it already has a good spread of options.

Visited this place yesterday with my friend and had a horrible experience prompting me to finish my food as fast as possible and leave. I wish I had seen the reviews of the place before embarking here. With only two of us, we ordered three dishes - Kakatiya Special Chicken 64 (not bad name eh?), Hot & Sour Soup and Kakatiya Special Boneless Biryani. To accompany biryani we ordered Coke.Within a span of 5 minutes, the starters were placed at the table. It wasn't hot and it felt like someone took the dish off the pan before it was even finished. The chicken was too hard and the sauces on it were still raw. The quantity was nothing to boast off. Soup was then served and I have to say it was one of the best soups I have had for a long time. After a while, coke was brought in two plastic glasses and it lacked any fizz. It was as if these were poured from a 1.5 ltr bottle followed by biryani (thankfully hot). It was bland in taste and dum was lacking. My friend didn't complete his share. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience
