It is a cafe created wholeheartedly by a true foodie and his family, taking forward their passion for food.
KA.FE is below D N Nagar metro station serving best of Mexican, Italian, Lebanese, Middle Eastern, Continental and few Indian dishes too.
Beverages, Shakes and Desserts also available on menu.
The place is small with around 4 to 5 tables, decorated decently with cute funny quotes on wall.
Coming to all food I tried here.....
• Falafel and Hummus with Pita Bread
I totally enjoyed crisp falafel dipped in delicious garlicky hummus.
The texture of both and presentation of whole was just perfect.
Even loved the warm pita breads served along.
• Paneer Keema Fries
This one was outstanding, yummy till my last time, crispy french fries topped with delicious paneer keema(keema was so gooooood) and spicy tasty sauces.
They have varieties of flavours in fries, you just can't miss trying one of it.
And good news for all non vegetarians out there, they have something very exciting for you guys, butter chicken fries;)
• Mainstream Pasta
A very regular pink sauce penne pasta with lots of supreme veggies, served along with very good herbed garlic cheese bread.
• Half and Half Pizza
- Paneer Sriracha and
- Paneer Shawarma
Loved the crispy crust base, loaded with toppings and bursting with flavours.
Literally both the pizzas were so spicy tangy and flavourful.
• Mexican Rice
Best and my most favourite dish at KA.FE, delicious Mexican rice served along Mexican cheese sauce, cottage cheese and crunchy salad.
A must try!
• Truck Food Rice
Rice tossed in garlic and harissa sauce served with french fries and salad.
This one also very flavourful.
I will advice you to try only of the rice, or ask the chef to suggest totally different flavour in rice, as for me one two items got very similar in taste.
• Nutella Cheese Bread
Loved the blend of nutella and cheese in warm bread so much.
But I wish if they can make this more crispier.
• Paan Shake
Very poor presentation compare to all other beautifully presented dishes.
But fortunately the taste of paan shake was mind blowing.
Sweetness of gulkand was bang on.
Definitely worth trying.
• Muskmelon Mojito
The flavour was so prominent, very very good mocktail.
Overall the place is good, little scope of improvement is there here and there.
I really loved the efforts they have put in curating innovative dishes.
