I visited this restaurant yesterday. The food was good, but the service was very bad. Because there is no parking in the city, I had to park my car 2 km away and drop my brother at the restaurant. He ordered achari chap and masala chap, and they said it would take 15 minutes, but after 30 minutes, my brother was still waiting. After 50 minutes, I had to park illegally near the restaurant because there was no other option. I saw the staff still preparing the food at that time. They were putting the chap in the tandoor late, and even fighting about cutting onions. After a long wait, they packed the food, but when I asked for a spoon, they forgot to give it. The food was good, but the service was very slow and disorganized. I am sharing this feedback so the restaurant can improve.

If you’re in Palampur and haven’t tried the dry chilli paneer at Juliene’s Kitchen, you’re seriously missing out. As someone who has sampled dry chilli paneer from every notable outlet in town, I can confidently say this is the best. What sets them apart? They don’t use corn flour, which not only enhances the natural flavors but also makes the dish lighter and healthier. The paneer is fresh, perfectly cooked, and the sauce strikes the ideal balance of spice, tang, and umami. 10/10 would recommend—don’t even think twice about it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
