Very disappointing experience at Jugnu Snacks, Mohali. The food was not just below average—it tasted stale and seemed completely untested. The quality was unacceptable, and it’s clear that no proper checks are being done before serving customers. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely uncooperative. Instead of acknowledging the issue or trying to resolve it, they got defensive and argumentative. Customer service and food hygiene both deserve serious improvement.
