Today, I visited Jugnu Cafe. To be very honest, I went mainly because of the ambience. However, I did not find the ambience as good as expected, possibly due to the lighting. That said, the service and food were excellent. I would especially like to appreciate the staff, who were very helpful in explaining the menu and assisting me throughout. Overall, their service was great. One concern I faced was that the place was filled with hookah smoke, which made it difficult to breathe inside the restaurant. This was due to customers using hookah, and the air felt quite uncomfortable I kindly request you to please consider arranging a separate area or better ventilation for hookah, so that customers who prefer fresh air can enjoy their time comfortably.
