Very unprofessional and unreliable.. Will accept the order and not bother to confirm the order for hours. On further enquiring they assert that the said cake is not available and hence they did not confirm the order. Service: 1

Found Hair in Cake – Very Unprofessional Bought a cake for my dad’s birthday and found a hair strand on the edge when we opened it. Took it back, but the manager refused to take responsibility and gave careless excuses. No apology, no accountability. Extremely unhygienic and disappointing. Got a refund, but never going back. If you want clean, premium cakes, try: 1. Amora – Stella 2. Velour – Dattani Mall 3. Symposia – Dattani Mall Avoid this place if hygiene matters to you.
