Jay Bhavani Gola – Disappointing Experience Not worth the money. The prices are high, and the quality doesn’t match the reputation. Golas are usually very popular and tasty in Rajkot, but my experience at Jay Bhavani Gola was disappointing. It felt like they are just cashing in on the “Gola” name without delivering the quality or taste you’d expect. Would not recommend going there.

Having heard so much buzz about this place, I decided to visit one evening, arriving around 8 to 8:30 PM. As I glanced through the menu, I was taken aback by the steep prices, specifically, the malai gola, which was listed at a staggering 350. Another topped with dry fruit variation was priced at either 400 or 450, though I can’t recall the exact amount. Intrigued and hopeful, I opted for a Cadbury chocolate dessert, expecting something special given the price tag. When it arrived, however, I was disappointed. The dessert was merely a base of chocolate syrup with no chocolate chips, nuts, or any embellishments to enhance the flavour. It was overwhelmingly sweet, lacking the depth I had anticipated. Considering the price of 350, I truly didn't find it worth the cost. Overall, my experience didn't meet my expectations, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for good value or quality.
