Visited the café at 12:00 PM. We placed our order within 10 minutes for spaghetti pasta and pizza. We were the only customer-no rush hour. After 20 minutes, only the spaghetti pasta was served. We asked the staff 2–3 times about the pizza, and every time we were told “2 minutes, ma’am.” However, the second dish finally arrived around 1:00 PM, meaning a total wait of 45–50 minutes. Because of the long delay, we informed the manager, Krishna Kumawat, that we were no longer in the mood to eat. His response was: “ki isme main kya kr skta hoon” (“What can I do about it?”) This response was unprofessional and dismissive. Due to the excessive wait and poor handling of the situation, we refused the pizza and paid only for the water bottle and spaghetti pasta. Delays can happen, but misleading wait times and an indifferent attitude from management made the experience disappointing. (I have photos with time stamps if they need proof).
