Booked hall for my babies 1st birthday. And due to unprofessional response when asked refund money, they say they don't have such policy. They don't even give receipt nor show in their accounts I suppose. As while paying advance they were like only cash needs to be paid no card swiping or account transfer is allowed. As it's well known hotel we thought they will be genuine, but it was wrong. Their is lot of communication gap in hotel management team and staff... While booking to loot money from middle class family, they agree for outside event organizers, once u book hall they compel you to book their decorator, who is not professional at all... it's 2 weeks now they don't give proper response nor call. Decorator name Shivam decorators. 2nd sep messaged the decorator till 11sep no response. When on 11th I call he gives other number, when you call that number she sends pics and sends as 15000, 10000, 5000 or so... etc... when asked pls give clearly... she doesn't responds... as after 2 miscarrages I am blessed with 3rd child, after so much dreams to celebrate her function I booked, but these ppl ruined everything and gave me stress. I don't have any trust... with these ppl if my function will be lead in a good way. When spoke to owner he is rude and adamant. And threatens by saying he is counselor since 15 + years I have seen many ppl and so going on..., you are not understanding and so. Wife says ok for outside organizer when booked but hubby ( owner)dominates in call by saying no need to speak with her, u can speak with me. He says in my hotel no one says that way and on.... u r adamant u do ur outside person but And tell if anything happens on event day u only will bear the cost. Now this has put me into depression were he uses his counselor state and dominating a women by telling you are confused. My worry is if hotel themselves imerges any ruckus my whole event will get spoiled. So asked them we are canceling do refund amount he said to his staff it seems we don't have such policy... the person who doesn't gives proper receipt to customer why does the hotel speaks about policy. It's 2 days my hubby is going to hotel and asking for refund, and they are like saying tomorrow but no update no response.
Be aware don't loose your money nor your self asteem which is important.

J.R.Jana restaurant has good ambience for having food.This is one of the good vegeterain restaurant in this locality. It has good parking space before their hotel.It might be challenging during some function days at their party hall.Their service looks to be very quick, Taste of the food is good,moderate price.They also provides party orders, door delivery etc..They have many varieties of dosa which will like. Normally very busy during night times Particularly weekends,so you may have to wait for getting a table.Overall it is a good place for family persons.
