I had a delightful visit to Jamie's Pizzeria by Jamie Oliver at the Phoenix Pallasio mall. The ambiance was cozy with comfortable lighting, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I started with the Caprese salad which was a treat with juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella and fragrant basil, all beautifully presented. The Rocket leaves pizza was next, boasting a perfect balance of crunchy crust, tangy tomato sauce and creamy mozzarella with basil and rocket leaves providing a peppery kick. The veggies lasagna was another highlight, perfectly cooked with layers of pasta, veggies, cheese and tomato sauce that melded together beautifully. As a longtime Jamie Oliver fan, this visit was a fantastic experience.
