The South Indian food is good here, that’s the main plus point. We tried the classic banta, but honestly it wasn’t good, you can easily skip it. Filter coffee was just okayish, not great. The vibe is average, nothing very special. Valet parking is available, which is convenient. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re craving South Indian food, but don’t expect anything extraordinary. National Canteen Company is one of my go-to places when I’m out with friends or family. I absolutely love the full retro vibe the old aesthetics and classic songs create such a warm, nostalgic atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious and comforting, and the staff is extremely polite and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. It’s the kind of place where you can sit back, enjoy good food, and feel at ease. Definitely worth visiting!
