I had my worst journey experience with jain travels. On a journey from udaipur to jodhpur bus halted for more than hour at multiple locations because the driver wants to drink tea. The crew is a bunch of fools who don't know how to cooperate. The bus was overloaded with customers who sat in walkway bw seats

Third ક્લાસ બસ service, the driver in way of traveling ,he take local passenge ,and the bus is full of like goat_sheep herd.the bus ઓર્ગેનાઇઝેશન didnot notice on the complen.

I've used Jain Travels a few times now for both bus journeys and sending luggage, and I've always had a great experience. The bus service is consistently reliable—they're always on time, and the buses themselves are clean and well-maintained. It makes a big difference on a long trip to have a comfortable seat and a smooth ride. What really stands out, though, is their luggage transport service.
