Very disappointing and poorly managed.Despite clearly requesting no spice, the food was extremely spicy and inedible. Service was painfully slow, and the staff showed little interest in helping or resolving the issue. For a restaurant of this supposed standard, the experience was unacceptable. Definitely not worth the time or money.

The restaurant was busy but despite us not having a reservation, they catered to us by putting us in the neighboring restaurant and still allowing us Jade food! Service was great as was the food! We ordered the chicken dim sum and the duck puffs followed by the kimchi fried rice, chicken and fish. They service was excellent and we will definitely go back!
