I had a very disappointing experience with Just Bakes. I had placed an order for a special cake for my daughter’s 2nd birthday on the 20th. The order was made three days in advance, with the full payment and confirmation from the shop staff that the specific flavour we wanted would be ready on time. However, on the morning of the birthday, when I called to check the status, I was told that the cake I ordered was not made, and they could only give me some other flavour that was already available in the shop. This last-minute change completely ruined our plan, especially since we had guests coming over to celebrate. This kind of carelessness and poor customer service is unacceptable. The way the situation was handled showed no responsibility or concern for the customer’s special occasion. I will never order from Just Bakes again, and I definitely won’t recommend it to my friends or family. Very disappointing experience. My visit to your bakery today with my family was thoroughly disappointing, due to both the service and the food. The experience began with discouraging service. We were ready to wait 15 minutes for fresh items, but the staff member's behavior made it clear we should not order them and instead go with his choice of the pre-made cake. As my wife was hungry, we reluctantly agreed. Unfortunately, the cake itself was subpar. The chocolate truffle cake, in particular, had an issue with either the base or the chocolate sauce, resulting in an unpleasant taste. We then decided to try the savory options and ordered a bread omelet and chicken nuggets. While the bread omelet was acceptable, the chicken nuggets had a very poor taste. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, my wife mentioned the issue with the chocolate truffle cake to the worker. He didn't even acknowledge her feedback or offer a response. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. We felt pressured to order what was convenient for the staff, the food quality was poor, and our feedback was ignored. I ordered cake for my daughter's 1st birthday on 10 aug 2022. I was totally disappointed and the cake taste is not good and it is very worst. The whole cake I put into the dustbin.I ordered another cake from another shop and gave to the guests. I called to the Just bake saravanampatti shop and informed about this ,proper reply was not given.
