I just ordered Mava Jalebi from J.J. Jalebi via Swiggy, and I'm extremely disappointed with the experience. The jalebi that was delivered was completely burnt and hard as a rock—it was absolutely inedible. If the product was overcooked or spoiled, it should never have been sent to a customer. This shows a lack of quality control and care for customer satisfaction. Really disappointed with the service and quality. Definitely not expected from a place like this.
