Disappointing Experience at Italian Pizza Cafe Visited this place with three friends, and it was a letdown. The lighting is extremely poor—so bad that the staff use their phone flashlights to take orders! It was impossible to even check the food properly. We ordered four pizzas, and they were just average. The man taking orders was rude, took way too long to note them down, and the food arrived after another long wait. To top it off, the tomato sauce bottle was filthy, covered in dirt. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Not recommended unless they make serious improvements. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200
