    Would not even give this place one star. Doesn't deserve that. Went here with family with the intention of having a nice festive dinner. The first item I ordered took an hour and still didn't come by the time I walked off. Went to the McD downstairs, ordered and got done with eating in ten minutes. Completely spoiled our holiday for us. Service: 1

    My recent visit to Hotel Indian Zing in Thane on 19th November, 2023, was unfortunately riddled with multiple issues that greatly impacted my overall satisfaction. The foremost concern was the quality of the food, which resulted in a severe case of food poisoning. This not only raises questions about hygiene and safety standards but significantly marred the entire experience. The service was another letdown, with a noticeable absence of waitstaff to attend to guests. Even after purchasing forward seating, I was provided with a chair of poor quality instead of the expected sofa, adding to the discomfort. We paid Rs.2000+taxes for the buffet and for front seating. Seating arrangements were uncomfortable, and the match screening was far from enjoyable due to constant disturbance and static, causing annoyance to everyone present. Despite multiple attempts, the buffet experience was frustrating as there was no food available even after visiting the counter five times. This reflects poorly on the hotel's ability to manage its dining services. The overall hygiene of the place was subpar, and the lack of proper management was evident. Personally approaching waiters to place orders before the buffet began was an inconvenience. Adding to the dissatisfaction, the menu was limited, and the food prices did not align with the quality provided. Furthermore, the actual ambience fell far short of the vibrant atmosphere portrayed in the showcased photos, contributing to a dull and unenjoyable experience. Regrettably, based on these numerous issues, I cannot recommend Hotel Indian Zing in Thane. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the management, prompting them to address these concerns and make necessary improvements for the benefit of future guests.
