Indian Accent, BKC — When Every Bite Deserves a Round of Applause Went for their Sparkling Lunch Menu and it was pure magic from start to finish. The Indian Accent Shorba set the tone — soulful and comforting — followed by the iconic Blue Cheese Naan, tiny but life-changing.The chaat trio (Multani Moth Kachori, Chana Jor Garam & Papdi Chaat with Crackling Spinach) was nostalgia dressed in couture — crisp, tangy, and flawless. The ‘Dilli Shawarma’ Masala Paneer was smoky, spicy, and perfectly balanced.Loved the playful Kulfi Sorbet before mains — the Green Jackfruit, Coconut & Tamarind and Chilli Cheese Vada with Amaranth Keema & Brun Pao were both comforting and creative. The Black Dairy Dal, Wasabi Kadhi Raita, and Kulcha sealed the deal — rich, indulgent, and truly comforting.Dessert — Amritsari Black Plum with Saffron Mascarpone & Crispy Seviyan — was gorgeous. But the highlight? A surprise complimentary Daulat ki Chaat with rose petal chikki and roasted almonds, served with full theatrics — dry ice smoke swirling around like a dream.
