Dining at Indian Accent was a special experience, but what truly elevated our visit was the impeccable service from Saurav. His detailed attention made the already incredible food even more enjoyable. From anticipating what we might need before we even asked, to explaining the dishes with such knowledge and care, he struck the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. It’s rare to come across a server who enhances the entire dining experience so seamlessly, but Saurav did exactly that. His attentiveness (offering a shawl when he noticed I was cold) and thoughtful service (noticing my parents found the dish too spicy & offered a solution) turned a great meal into an unforgettable one. Just had an amazing evening at Indian Accent in the NMACC, and honestly—it felt really special. The place is classy without feeling stiff, with the Art-Deco vibe. Johnny, our server, deserves a huge shout-out. He took the time to explain the menu in such an involved way—not rushed, and genuinely interesting. It made trying new things way more fun. Every dish was solid—super creative and tasty. From the shorba with blue cheese naan starter to the street-food-inspired bites—it’s a uniquely executed meal. When seafood came up, they swapped it out for chicken (because I’m allergic), and when that was still not right, they even brought me something off the vegetarian menu.
