Very disappointing experience at India Restaurant, Khidirpur (Kolkata). I visited this restaurant and ordered mutton biryani. I was told it would take around 15 minutes as the biryani was “on dum,” which was acceptable. However, after it was finally served and I started eating, I found a chicken piece inside the mutton biryani. I immediately showed it to the waiter, who casually said it might be a mistake. Unfortunately, the situation got worse—while continuing to eat, I then found leftover chicken wing bones inside the biryani. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable, especially for a restaurant of this reputation. Mixing leftovers and serving incorrect meat shows a serious lack of kitchen hygiene and quality control. It completely ruined the meal and the experience. I am sharing this review to make other customers aware so they can be cautious before ordering.
