Try Indian cuisine at this restaurant. Order perfectly cooked chilli chicken, biryani and paneer. Food delivery is a big plus of Impulse Restro. The staff is competent that's what makes this place so nice. Visitors mention that the service is spectacular here. When inside, the atmosphere is homey. Absolutely appalled by the apathy of the servers here when it comes to hygiene. There is a specific left-handed guy who dresses like a golfer and doesn't give two hoots about cleanliness. Once that server dropped food while serving.. I didn't mind because to err is human.. But that server again picked up the fallen food and served it on my plate nonchalantly. I was absolutely shocked. But I didn't react and excused that person thinking it to be a one time aberration. Again very recently I visited that place. That same server dropped the serving spoons on the floor which were meant for my ordered food items. He nonchalantly picked them up from the floor and served my food with the same. I was furious. I forgave once.. But this was an immoral and unpardonable act, when it comes to customer service, that couldn't have been excused by any customer with a conscience. I implore the owner to not let such employees manage your restaurant with complete autonomy. Lately I have found the owner to be unavailable most of the time at the restaurant. The servers manage everything from taking up orders and billing. The owner needs to hire more well trained staff with proper training. As for me, I will never be visiting your establishment again. I hope this restaurant completely overhauls its staffing department. The food is good. But with compromised hygiene and cleanliness, a restaurant business is meaningless. Especially when the basic decorum is flouted with such impunity. Just remember that the customer is your God. He/She isn't cattle.
