The restaurant has been given a high rating for tea and coffee, but honestly, it was disappointing. They use premix tea and coffee, and the taste is really poor—far from what you’d expect from a place rated so highly. If you’re a true tea or coffee lover, this place may not meet your expectations. Today I went to imperial kitchen located in railway museum howrah and I had pathetic experience. That staff was super rude specially MR.GAURAV GHOSH he was extremely arrogant and very badly behaved.that surprising part was he was not only rude to me but to everyone.after waiting for 40 mins when asked when the food will come he said whenever it's done we will tell you.i want to ask how much time do I need to wait for the food andif it takes so much time why he did not specified that it will take more than 30 mins. And after that also he was behaving like we are not paying for he is donating it to us.i would suggest everyone not to go over there until and unless you ample of time in hand to waste.though the incharge was really polite after the incident happened."Mr.Garav Ghosh"was the worst person in service industry I have ever met.
