Dear Ibaco Management, I recently visited your Ibaco outlet on Avinashi Road and was disappointed with the service provided by the billing staff ( a girl). I ordered three ice cream scoops and also requested to include a Chocobar in the bill. However, the billing staff failed to include the Chocobar in the bill. When we pointed this out, instead of addressing the issue professionally, she started arguing rather than acknowledging the mistake. This kind of service is not expected from a reputed brand like Ibaco. Billing accuracy and customer interaction are crucial aspects of service, and such behavior negatively impacts the overall experience. I request you to take necessary action to ensure that your staff is well-trained in both billing procedures and customer service to avoid such issues in the future. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate steps to improve the service quality at this outlet.
