One of the best Italian food I've ever had ! But not just italian, we also had cold coffe and waffles and it was amazing. Must try their pizzas and cold coffee! Perfect vibe for friends and family. The dine-in area and sitting is awesome. A pleasant atmosphere with melodious songs until.... Worst experience with food and customer care. Owners/managers - a guy and a lady- used demeaning language with the customers, i.e. us. Waffles we ordered were burnt to hell and the treatment given later was derogatory and full of contempt. To the owners, maybe try using a new policy resp sir/ma'am, 'Customer is always right.' Hope this review helps both the fellow foodies and the management of Italian bites.
