The staff is said to be cool here. Spectacular service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this cafe. The homey atmosphere is to be found here. But IT Cafe & Restaurant hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Very bad management team I guess I booked the room through OYO app when I reach there they told me to show booking when they saw the booking price they said they don’t work with OYO anymore and said their room price is double of that if I need to book I did complain in OYO they said they will solve the issue and ask me to go back when I went back after 1 hrs they said they didn’t receive any call and they can’t help me . I think the hotel room is basically for not married couples coz I saw lots of young girls and boys over there so that’s y they are charging high if ur not taking booking form OYO then please don’t put ur add there to mislead people I spent lots of moneys to go there which is not good and also they wasted my time since I am not from India we came here for treatment my first impression was very bad in Kolkata

Oyo was showing 600 and they charged me 1000 this Oyo is a fraud and even after that they have cancelled the booking on their own so that I cannot give a review. The ac doesn't even works properly it feels like a cooler . The bed feels like a rock. Do not visit this Oyo it's the worst. The behaviour of the hotel staff including the owner is very bad. Very bad...and my suggestion try to avoid this...and they will take ur phone to rate their property and at the check in time also to increase the price.... Service: 1
