Once ordered a Tandoori Panner tikka and when I collect it and went Nagore and open and shocked it is a chicken tikka, which I never eat it. Next day I went to hotel and asked about this. The person who take the order speaks very rudely, asking photos or bring the parcel back. When I politely told that I am there to tell their mistake, he want to give Panner tikka as I beg him for that , I calmly told it and doesn’t accept his offer and left , There are so much customers make them busy. They not realise without customer they are nothing , every customer is important to them , more than that they are Muslim , that’s the thing which I hurt mostly. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
