Lord help the one who gets the evil stare of gate keeper of this place. This review is only to share info about what they can expect when they get there looking at 2250+ reviews and 4.5 rating. Be there on time, and avoid looking at the gate keeper or he may cast a horrendous curse on your soul. I know this sounds like BS but you'll acknowledge this review if you're there by mistake at 2:30pm and ask the gate keeper if they're Open. Dec2025 update: +0.5 = Restaurant is now open from 11am to 11pm. +0.5 = Entire service staff speaks in Kannada. +0.5 = Biryani spice level can be requested -0.5 = Service staff do not ask spice level needed -0.5 = Still No Parking facility -0.5 = UPI payment are a HUGE hassle. I was a regular to this place. It was the best biryani in bangalore. Of late the taste has gone bad. Not the same anymore. A famous Biryaani joint HYDERABAD BIRYAANI HOUSE which has multiple outlets in bangalore does not accept credit or debit cards. They only accept cash and their bill is hand written WITHOUT a date in it. It is hard to believe that they cannot afford debit or credit card swiping machine or an electronic billing machine in this age of technology. Of late they accept paytm but this is paytm payment is to an individual instead of a shop or business organisation or merchant. I believe this has got something to do with tax evasion. I
