I have been a regular customer of Hyderabadi Spices, drawn by their special Hyderabadi Biryani, which used to stand out for its best quality and generous quantity. Priced at ₹180 earlier, it was a go-to option for me, whether ordering a parcel through Zomato or buying directly from the restaurant.Unfortunately, after the recent price hike to ₹210, the experience has completely changed. The quantity of rice has reduced noticeably, and the chicken quantity is now almost half of what it used to be. This is consistent across both Zomato orders and direct purchases.As a loyal customer, this sudden drop in value is incredibly disappointing. A price hike is understandable, but reducing the quantity alongside it feels unfair.Until these issues are addressed, my experience leaves me with no choice but to give a 1-star rating. I hope the management takes this feedback into account and works to restore the trust of their regular customers.
