The buffet spread was decent overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement—especially in the non-vegetarian section. The chicken dishes lacked flavor and the sauces could use better seasoning and balance. The taste was quite bland compared to expectations.The variety of appetisers was also quite limited. It would be great to see a wider selection, particularly in non-veg starters, to make the buffet feel more complete and exciting.Additionally, the main course options for non-vegetarian dishes were fewer than expected. Expanding the menu to include more well-prepared non-veg main course items would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.On a positive note, the ambience and service were pleasant, but with a few improvements in taste and variety, the buffet could be much more enjoyable.
