Extremely Disappointing Experience The service was incredibly poor. It took nearly an hour for our hookah order to arrive. Starters were served without chutney, and we had to wait another 30 minutes just to get it. Drinks were brought out without any ice. The staff lacked basic hospitality — they were rude, impolite, and unprofessional throughout. To make matters worse, the prices on the menu did not match the rates charged on our bill, which feels like outright fraud. To top it off, the ambience was equally disappointing. The ACs were leaking, and the music system was too loud and poorly managed. Everything felt chaotic and unprofessional. Overall, a highly disappointing visit. Definitely would not recommend.
