I found a hair in momos soup , I cancelled the order and left , and I asked for cheesy fries they served with mayonnaise only and I said that to them , answered with its cheese only Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Sharing the most pathetic and awful thing in Veg-Panner Tikka Momo Cockroach. Picture attached. House of Momo (Momo kitchen) guy says it can happen any time as the cockroach was in packaging and emphasizing that refund has been provided. I have clearly given a statement to Swiggy that I am not interested in Refund and expect some sort of accountability. Requested them over and over to come and take the parcel away and own the error. A complaint with health and safety department has been raised and sample provided to food inspectors. (An email was later sent to withdraw the complaint as the owner Amey was apologetic and owned the error) Response: Amey (the owner) called and apologized for the inconvenience. Now unsure how to keep a trust on this food joint. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1
