Here, you can discover the recipes and ingredients of Chinese and Mughlai cuisines. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. That's a good idea to order tasty garlic prawns, butter chicken and fish curry. House Of Flavours is recommended for the accommodating staff. The nice service is something these restaurateurs care about. Prices here are reported to be good. A Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! PS- I had no option to give a zero rating else I would have selected that If you value your money, time, and taste buds, stay far away from House of Flavors! This so-called restaurant cum cloud kitchen is nothing but a disaster, both in food quality and customer service. We ordered Yakhni Pulao and Laal Maas, and honestly, both were so bad that they weren’t even consumable. Laal Maas – A Joke! It wasn’t even Laal Maas, just a watery mutton curry overloaded with raw red spices and laal mirchi that were not cooked properly. It literally felt like eating raw masalas. To make things worse, they served it with thandi rotis (cold breads). When we complained, the staff had the audacity to say, “Fan chal raha hai, isliye thandi ho gayi” – Seriously? What kind of excuse is that? OWNER’s ARROGANCE- THE WORST PART When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the owner herself came over—not to listen, but to yell at us! Instead of acknowledging our terrible experience, she rudely dismissed our feedback, saying: “Laal Maas toh aisa hi hota hai… Aapko nahi pata aisa hota hai.”. Really? We know exactly what authentic Laal Maas tastes like, and this wasn’t even close! And here’s the most shocking part: While we were explaining how disappointing the food and service were, she straight-up refused to care and said: “Jo bhi hai, paisa toh aapko dena padega. Nahi pasand aaya toh pack karake le jaao.”. Wow! Instead of fixing the issue, her solution was to force us to pay for inedible food and take it home? What kind of hospitality is this? SHAMELESS ATTITUDE AND ZERO HOSPITALITY While we were explaining our issues, she literally walked away mid-conversation, saying: “Jo bhi hai, aap dekh lo. Mere paas bohot orders hain, main ja rahi hoon.”. This is how they treat customers? No apology, no concern—just plain arrogance! How can someone in the food business be this rude? We went there expecting quality food and a decent experience, paid a high price, and in return, we were treated like our presence didn’t matter. The owner behaves as if she is doing us a favor by serving food, completely forgetting that it is customers who keep her business running! No Basic Serving Utensils – Beyond Pathetic! To make things even worse, they didn’t even have a proper serving spoon! They expected us to serve ourselves using a tiny spoon that was barely functional! When we asked why a restaurant couldn’t even provide a basic serving spoon, the owner arrogantly responded: “Hamare yaha aisa hi rehta hai, yeh restaurant nahi, cloud kitchen hai.”. Wait, what?! If you don’t know how to serve customers properly, why are you even allowing dine-in? If you can’t provide basic hospitality, don’t pretend to be a restaurant! Final Verdict: Save yourself the regret! This place is not worth a single penny. Bad food, horrible service, and an arrogant owner who doesn’t care about customers. Avoid dining here and don’t even think about ordering from them on Zomato or Swiggy unless you want to ruin your meal and your mood! Look, we understand that restaurants can have bad days. We aren’t the kind of customers who leave bad reviews over minor mistakes. But this level of arrogance is completely disgraceful! The owner doesn’t care about food quality, customer experience, or even basic hospitality—all she cares about is taking your money! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Whether it's dine-in or ordering online, avoid House of Flavors at all costs! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
