We would like to clarify that your reservation was made under a day-use room booking, which, as clearly mentioned in the booking details on MakeMyTrip, was valid only until 4:15 PM. Day-use bookings are designed for short stays during the day and are priced accordingly. Unfortunately, staying beyond the specified time requires an extended booking or additional charges, as was the case here. We understand that the situation was frustrating, especially if the booking terms were not communicated clearly by the platform. However, as the booking was made through a third-party site, we rely on them to present the correct terms to the guest. We’ve raised this issue with MakeMyTrip to ensure better clarity in future bookings and to prevent similar misunderstandings. Also suggest to you recheck all details while you book online for your future bookings.
