I stayed at this hotel from 9th to 13th February, and it was a very pleasant experience. The front desk team deserves special appreciation — they were polite, professional, and handled everything smoothly from check-in to check-out. What I appreciated the most was their respectful attitude and strong sense of privacy. As an unmarried couple, we felt completely comfortable and never faced any awkwardness or unnecessary questions, which truly reflects their professionalism and guest-first approach. Their warm and non-judgmental behavior made our stay stress-free and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent front desk hospitality and great respect for guests’ privacy.

very bad experience not at all supportive staff staff behavior very poor Never ever recommend this to any person We conducted a function at this hotel, and the experience was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the staff’s behaviour. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and not cooperative at all. Instead of helping during the event, they created unnecessary problems and showed a very careless attitude. For a hotel that hosts functions, basic professionalism and respect towards guests are expected, but this was completely missing. The management also failed to handle the situation properly. I would not recommend this hotel for any function or event. Very poor service and bad experience.

A wonderful stay at Hotel Vennington Court, thanks to the cooperative staff, Abhinendra, helped me get a room upgraded,Dipeshwari, Supriti, Suraj for making our stay amazing, Hotel room was clean, will stay here whenever we come to raipur.
