I am very dissatisfied with the behavior and response of the receptionist working in the day shift. The food quality is poor and does not justify the high prices being charged. Room maintenance is unacceptable, and the blankets and pillows are not being changed regularly, which is unhygienic. The facilities that were shown as available by the hotel management were not provided. I was unable to sleep properly at night due to continuous vehicle noise, as the hotel is located very close to the National Highway. Overall, my experience was very poor, and I do not recommend staying at Hotel Vasant.

We would like to clarify the facts to ensure readers have an accurate understanding of this stay.Your booking for 14th–18th January 2026 was for two rooms for you and your friends. On 14th January, a last-minute request for early check-in at 3:00 AM was made via a phone call at approximately 1:00 AM. Despite the extremely short notice and late hour, our booking manager accommodated this request as a courtesy. At check-in, you were clearly informed that, in line with standard hotel policy, an additional night’s charge for 13th January would apply, and this was explicitly agreed to at the time.Due to the late hour, payment was permitted the following morning. However, the previously agreed charge was later declined, and during discussions to resolve this, our staff were spoken to in a rude and discourteous manner while following standard procedures.This is the first instance we have encountered of a guest refusing to honor agreed charges.It is important to state clearly that neither you nor your friends raised any complaints or concerns of any kind regarding room cleanliness, linen changes, food quality, hygiene, pricing, facilities, noise, or staff behavior at any point — neither during the stay nor after checkout. These claims were never communicated to us and are not supported by our housekeeping logs, service records, or staff reports from the duration of the stay.We value genuine feedback and always encourage guests to raise concerns so they can be addressed promptly.
