Hotel Varanasi Palace offered a generally pleasant and positive stay, highlighted primarily by its exceptional staff service.The service received was undoubtedly the strongest point of our experience. Every staff member we encountered was very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is clean enough and well-maintained. We did encounter a minor issue upon check-in; the initial room we were assigned had a problem with the bathroom. However, the hotel promptly addressed this with an excellent display of customer service by immediately moving us to another room. This quick, hassle-free resolution is a clear example of good service in action.Room service was available and proved to be quite efficient, making dining convenient and quick during our stay. While there was a small hiccup with the initial room, Hotel Varanasi Palace's commitment to guest satisfaction, demonstrated by their swift resolution and the uniform kindness of the staff, makes it a commendable choice. I would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.
