I returned home from this hotel yesterday. The hotel service is quite good, the location is great, the room I stayed in was overall good, the bathroom was clean, the room and bathroom were cleaned every day, overall, I had a great experience,

"Terrible Experience, Never Returning!" "I had the worst experience at Hotel Trimurti. The room was filthy, with stains on the sheets, and the bathroom seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There were bugs in the corners, and the smell of mold was overwhelming. The staff was unhelpful and rude when we asked for clean sheets. There was no hospitality at all—no help with luggage, no water filtration, and not even drinking water available. To make things worse, the toilet fixtures were broken, and the taps didn’t work. The pictures online are completely misleading. Stay away from this place—there are much better options nearby." Also, the elderly manager and other staff explained that they only charge for the room, so there are no room services or drinking water provided. Plz never visit.
