I stayed at hotel surabhi international recently and was extremely disappointed. First off, the room was not as advertised—pictures on the website were misleading. The bathroom was dirty, with visible mold on the shower walls and a broken faucet. The air conditioning barely worked, and the room smelled musty. The service was another letdown. Staff were unfriendly and seemed bothered by any requests. I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get a simple extra towel. The location was the only positive aspect, but even that didn’t make up for everything else. For the price, I expected far better. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this hotel
