One of the standout aspects of this place is its affordability. The idlis are priced at just 8 Rs, making it a pocket-friendly option for a quick bite. The taste of the food is decent overall, with the sambar standing out as particularly flavorful. However, one minor drawback was that the sambar was a bit sticky and watery, which could be improved for a better consistency. In terms of service, there is room for improvement. While the person at the counter was friendly and accommodating, the workers in the establishment seemed lacking in enthusiasm when it came to interacting with customers. Enhancing the customer service experience would greatly benefit the overall atmosphere of the place. Hygiene is an important aspect of any dining establishment, and it is worth noting that improvements are needed in this area at Hotel Sri Nachiyar Pure Veg. During my visit, I observed workers taking bajjis from the glass box and eating them, which raises concerns about food hygiene practices. This aspect should be addressed to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for both the workers and customers.
