Hotel was not as expected. Needs to keep up with it's maintenance. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. When checking in, make sure you confirm if breakfast is inclusive in the price. Otherwise they could add that on during check out. Do be careful of your final billings; have had double entries of laundry billings etc. So best to keep a track of all your extras. Service: 4

3rd class service if you call for service for they will not come until you call themn sevrals time we booked 3 rooms they gave all on diffrent floors, asked to add extra bed at last they did not came and till last movement they did not done the work. At last my aunt herself covered the bed with our own bedsheet. On top of it AC was having weird sound all night Have many more things to complaint about it. So frustrated throughout our stay -1 service. Service: 1

Attended a family function at Hotel Solaris and was thoroughly impressed! The venue was beautifully set up, spacious, and very well-organized. The staff were professional, courteous, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the event. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the ambiance was perfect for a special occasion. The hotel itself is clean, elegant, and well-maintained. Really appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. Highly recommend Hotel Solaris for both stays and events! Service: 5
