We had a terrible experience at Shivneri Hotel. The service was extremely poor — we had to wait for around 2 and a half hours, and even then, we didn’t get hot food. No one came to take our order; we had to personally go to the counter and request it ourselves. What’s even more shocking is that the hotel has around 25 staff members, but during dinner time, not a single person was available to attend customers. Overall, the management seems careless, and the service is highly unorganized. Definitely not worth visiting again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I had a really good experience at Hotel Shivneri Rajeshahi. The food was delicious with generous portions, and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality you get. The staff was polite and service was decent, though it could be a bit quicker during busy hours. The atmosphere is simple and comfortable, suitable for family dinners. I especially recommend trying the Veg Crispy and paneer dishes. Overall, a nice place in Dhule for tasty and satisfying meals.
