Hotel Shilpa is a great place to hang out with friends and also has a separate AC family section, which makes it comfortable for everyone. The food is the real highlight here, especially the Gavran chicken sukka – one of the best I’ve ever had, with a flavor and preparation that’s hard to find anywhere else. The chicken kala rassa is another must-try dish that stands out on their menu. They also offer valet parking, which is convenient since the place is usually quite crowded in the evenings. For those who enjoy drinks, the hotel serves alcohol, adding to the lively atmosphere. I personally prefer this place over many others when it comes to chicken dishes. Their preparations are unique and flavorful. They also serve chicken raan, which is a different specialty, though I didn’t find it as impressive compared to versions at other places. Overall, Hotel Shilpa is a fantastic spot to enjoy authentic chicken dishes, especially if you’re a fan of Gavran-style cooking.
