    1 Star – Pathetic Experience, Totally Money-Minded Staff! Honestly, Hotel Santoor, Varanasi is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We checked out just 1 hour 20 minutes late, and they had the audacity to demand half-day charges! Unbelievable! Instead of showing even a bit of understanding or hospitality, the staff behaved as if we had done some crime. The way they talk to guests is rude, arrogant, and absolutely unprofessional. They are only interested in squeezing money — no manners, no flexibility, no respect. For a city like Varanasi, known for warmth and spirituality, this hotel is a complete disgrace. I would strongly suggest everyone to stay away from this place unless you want to get overcharged and disrespected. Worst management, worst attitude, worst experience ever.
