Chinese food is good at this place. This restaurant provides food delivery for the convenience of its customers. But many people who use Google didn't grant Hotel Sangrilla a high rating.
Nothing Special, i tried chainese the taste is too average, roadside chinese stalls is far better than this. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Hotel Sangrilla near Sambhaji chowk has been quite popular for Chinese food. I had assumed that Sangrilla Ravet must be it's another branch with better and family friendly ambience. Also, it was nearer to my home. So decided to visit it but when I actually did, I got disappointed with overall experience. The chairs were full of dust. When I pointed it out, the servers/helpers didn't clean it, but just suggested to take another table that came with cushioned chairs. However, those chairs were not so comfortable, so we moved back to the earlier table and dusted off the seats with tissue paper ourselves. We ordered the basics.. Veg Manchow soup, Veg Schezwan and Mushroom hakka noodles. (Due to some religious reasons we are supposed to follow vegetarian diet for few months)I specifically told them to use less oil. The Manchow soup was okay and probably the only dish that didn't exactly disappoint. After that, instead of veg Schezwan, they brought veg Manchurian, which I sent back. While the actual dish was being prepared, they brought Mushroom hakka noodles and we had to start with the main course before the starter. The noodles, on it's own, were totally bland. They got cold in no time. The vegetables used in them didn't seem fresh at all. The Schezwan chutney wasn't prepared in the restaurant, they served the packaged one, which was pathetic. Overall it was a disaster. Then finally came the starter but the server shocked us by uttering, 'chicken Schezwan'. I expressed my annoyance thinking we would have to send it back again. But thankfully the captain arrived immediately and yelled at the server and corrected that it's veg Schezwan only. We got relieved but for few seconds only. The dish had good portion size but the quality was pathetic. It was very oily despite my instructions and also it was below average in taste. All the vegetables and paneer were not fresh. We quit after trying some pieces, paid the bill and left. Will never visit again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
