Hotel Sagar, Bhigwan – A Place of Traditional Taste Hotel Sagar is among the oldest and most reputed restaurants in Bhigwan, well known for preserving authentic South Indian flavors. The idli-vada was exceptionally fresh, and the misal was good. The traditional taste of the sambar and chutney remains consistent over the years, which truly defines the restaurant’s legacy. Due to the Diwali festival rush, the restaurant was quite crowded, leading to some difficulty in table management. Additionally, the behavior of one staff member (Waiter) could have been more courteous. Overall, the food quality and taste were excellent. Highly recommended for those who appreciate authentic and traditional flavors.
