Food is really bad and iron in water .. I never again stay in this hotel.

Comfortable Stay with Great Service – Highly Recommended! I had a short but very pleasant stay at Hotel Royal Bengal. I had to check in early due to personal reasons, and the staff were extremely polite and accommodating, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, just a short walk from both the railway station and the bus stop, making it very convenient for travelers. One thing I really liked was their in-room food ordering system via their app — no need to call room service, and the prices were quite reasonable too. The housekeeping staff were prompt and attentive, keeping the room clean and well-maintained throughout. An added bonus was that the TV came with working Netflix and Prime Video accounts, which was a nice touch for some relaxing entertainment. Even though it was a short stay due to medical reasons, the experience was smooth and comfortable. As a thoughtful gesture, they even handed me a small souvenir keychain while checking out — a sweet way to end the visit. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.
