I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. I booked room 304 specifically for its bathtub, but upon arrival, I found it to be faulty. I immediately informed the staff, but no action was taken. I went to the reception to follow up, and although I was told a plumber would come the next day, I felt this was an unacceptable delay. Given that I had traveled quite a distance, I requested a room change. The staff mentioned that an alternative room would incur an additional charge, which I felt was unreasonable. They then offered room 104 as a replacement. Unfortunately, room 104 was far from satisfactory. While the air conditioning was functioning, the room still felt uncomfortably warm, and the shower had no hot water. When I called reception to ask about it, I was told that hot water wouldn’t be available until the following day. Given the circumstances, I decided to check out immediately. On a positive note, the hotel did refund my advance without any issue. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for comfort or reliable service. And I don't think they will take any action in the future as well.

The stay at the premises of Hotel Rohini International was pleasant. The rooms offered were sufficiently comfortable inclusive of all the basic amenities, with minimal follow ups. The entire campus was spacious and it conveniently allowed for the smooth conduct of all the planned functions. The catering services offered were of decent quality. The staff were quite supportive and had friendly gestures. Overall, it was a good value of money, staying at HRI.
