Visited Rangoli Hotel for breakfast at Mangalore BC Road and had a very disappointing experience. Two brothers were forced to leave the family section and were told to sit only in the “men’s section.” There was no valid reason given, and the staff handled the situation rudely and unprofessionally. This kind of discriminatory seating practice is unacceptable. Paying customers should be treated with respect regardless of who they are dining with. We felt embarrassed and unwelcome, and we chose to leave instead of supporting such behavior. Will not be visiting again, and I do not recommend this place if you value basic courtesy and fair treatment. Please do not visit here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We also have clearly designated seating sections for families and for gentlemen, created to ensure comfort and a pleasant experience for all our guests.As the visit involved two gentlemen, our staff guided them to the gents’ section in line with this standard seating arrangement. We regret if the interaction felt uncomfortable or was communicated in a manner that seemed discourteous—this was certainly not our intention. Horrible experience ever. Four of us had gone for lunch. The food arrived after one hour after placing the order. Since the food was not sufficient, we ordered something more for which we were waiting with so much of patience with half meal done, we could find niether a waiter nor the manager. After waiting for an hour we got out from there with incomplete lunch.The waiters had no problem whatsoever.
