All staffs including security, luggage attender, housekeeping, restaurant were awesome except the ones at the front desk. Stayed for a couple of nights spending couple hundred dollars through agoda (make it clear to your staff that agoda reservation does not mean it is a free room. If you hate people reserving through agoda, then avoid surge prices on your website and price match like true star hotels do) and these people have no basic sense on how to treat their guests - experienced this upon checking in, service related query during the stay and at check out. To management, the staffs you have at your front desk are good enough to bring your reputation down, nice work with the training and appointing those people. Never visiting again!! Service: 1
