The hotel staff has been extremely rude and unprofessional. They fail to communicate properly and have made unreasonable demands for additional charges. they were not talking logically, just asking money. They dont have sense of talking to elderly people. Fully unprofessional Despite having evidence, including recordings of their staff, I don't have the time to pursue this matter further. To make things worse, they are falsely accusing us of damaging their facilities, even though their rooms were already in poor condition. Service: 1
