I recently visited this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing — especially due to the unprofessional and unhelpful behavior of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was left to manage my own luggage without a single offer of assistance. Despite clearly struggling and expecting even basic courtesy, not one staff member stepped forward to help or even greet properly. It’s shocking how a hospitality establishment can completely ignore the most basic level of customer service. It felt like the staff were either poorly trained or simply didn’t care about guests. This wasn’t just a lapse — it was a complete failure in service. I’ve stayed at budget hotels with better etiquette and support than what I experienced here. The lack of empathy, attentiveness, and professionalism was unacceptable. When I politely requested help, the staff responded with indifference and dismissive body language. For a hotel that claims to offer comfort and service, this was a huge letdown. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel. If you value respect, assistance, and even the most basic hospitality — look elsewhere. Absolutely not worth the price or the frustration. Service: 1

Uneducated staff, they themself don't know what they committed to the customers. Always there will be billing problems. Room service is pathetic. Though breakfast, food and parking facilities are good. Service: 1

Review of HOTEL RK REGENCY: Great Infrastructure, Awful Service Very unprofessional and awfull staff. HOTEL RK REGENCY boasts excellent infrastructure with modern architecture, clean rooms, and great amenities. However, the service is a disaster. The staff is not only untrained and unprofessional but also shockingly rude. Check-in was chaotic, room service was slow and often incorrect, and housekeeping was careless. When issues were raised, the staff responded with dismissive and rude behavior, making the stay even more unpleasant. Despite its impressive appearance, the unprofessional attitude and poor service completely ruin the experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless management addresses these serious issues. Rating: 1.5/5 (For infrastructure only) Service: 1
