Review of HOTEL RK REGENCY: Great Infrastructure, Awful Service Very unprofessional and awfull staff. HOTEL RK REGENCY boasts excellent infrastructure with modern architecture, clean rooms, and great amenities. However, the service is a disaster. The staff is not only untrained and unprofessional but also shockingly rude. Check-in was chaotic, room service was slow and often incorrect, and housekeeping was careless. When issues were raised, the staff responded with dismissive and rude behavior, making the stay even more unpleasant. Despite its impressive appearance, the unprofessional attitude and poor service completely ruin the experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless management addresses these serious issues. Rating: 1.5/5 (For infrastructure only) Service: 1
